Students have access to grades, assignments, etc...

D2SC provides a Student Module with a single point from which to access all their pertinent information and current assignments. Instruction and assessments of any type can be delivered to any web-enabled computer.

Gradebook

The D2SC Gradebook component integrates directly with the assessment component eliminating the need for manual entry of grades for scanned or online assessments. By using the assessment component to construct gradable assignments, all grades can be correlated to TEKS, TAKS and local district standards if desired. The Gradebook allows for an unlimited number of categories of assignment types (quizzes, homework, projects, etc.) that can be grouped in any number of combinations using calculation rules (e.g., percentage weighting, total points, etc.) that are applied to each group.

Program Tracking

D2SC has a unique feature that gathers and organizes key instructional information relevant to the academic success of at risk and special program students. Critical information (modifications, interventions, adaptations, etc.) that are necessary for students to be successful are no longer hidden in folders in locked offices but available to teachers, counselors and administrators on their desktops where they need it.

Parental Access

Provides parents with “home-to-school connection” including: access to student(s) assignments, online assessments, current course and assignment grade summaries and details, student(s) mastery of objectives, on-line report cards and progress reports, event notification, district/campus/class/group calendar, family calendar, high-stakes assessment student reporting and more.
